InLOG and Devol celebrate the II Healthy WeekFollowing the success of the previous edition, Devol and InLOG celebrate the II Healthy Week between June 2 and 13, reaffirming their commitment to the health, well-being and development of the people who are part of both teams. This new edition comes at a particularly significant time for our organization, which in the last year has consolidated important advances both in the field of talent and in innovation, technology and collaboration.

A year of growth, alliances and future

Since the previous Healthy Week, we have shared with the entire organization the company’s strategy, a key initiative to give visibility to Devol and InLOG’s direction, reinforce transparency and align objectives..

In the field of talent, we have strengthened our alliances with the University of Deusto and the UPV/EHU, hosting internship students and betting on their training in real environments, with tangible impact on professional development. In addition, on June 17 we will participate in the event “Bizkaia with the Talent”, an event that highlights the attraction and retention of qualified talent in our territory.

In parallel, we have expanded our collaboration network with the incorporation of BAIC (Basque Artificial Intelligence Center) and the Basque Health Cluster, strengthening our commitment to innovation, health and R&D projects.

As a result of this effort, we have introduced new solutions based on artificial intelligence, such as DocMind, which allows us to extract knowledge from unstructured documents, or SQLMind, which facilitates access to databases through natural language queries. These solutions illustrate our vocation to transform processes and offer more value to our clients.

The incorporation of Absentix also reinforces the commitment to apply useful technology that helps companies improve their performance, in this case, with a clear focus on reducing absenteeism.

Health and wellness: a commitment that does not stop

During the two-week celebration, we will once again focus on people. Each morning will begin with a healthy breakfast, with fresh fruit and natural juices, as an invitation to take care of ourselves even in our daily lives.

Practical activities and training aimed at prevention and improvement of the work environment will be carried out:

  • First aid, to act safely in emergency situations.
  • Fire extinguishing, reinforcing the culture of prevention.
  • Psychosocial risks, to understand and address the challenges of emotional well-being..

In addition, two special sessions will be held:

  • A BCAM presentation focused on technological innovation applied to the business world.
  • An exhibition in Madrid by Absentix, where real experiences in the fight against absenteeism will be shared.

Commitment and celebration

This year, InLOG will sign its equality policy, formalizing a principle that is part of the group’s DNA: fairness and respect as the basis for teamwork.

To close these two weeks of activities, on Thursday, June 12, we will hold a raffle with gifts among the participants, recognizing their involvement and promoting a close, positive and healthy work environment.
