On March 26, 2025, at 9:30 a.m., at the College of Engineers of Gipuzkoa, in Donostia, an event will be held that will delve into the benefits provided by warehouse management systems, both for finished products and those located in the plant.

The objective of this interesting meeting is to present how warehouse management software systems (WMS) help to improve efficiency in the processing of finished product warehouse items.

In addition, and to take a broader view, the advantages of industrial WMS systems will also be presented. These systems, designed specifically for industrial or production environments, link the supply flows to stations and cells and interconnect both the raw material and finished product warehouses and the ongoing operations.

This approach provides real-time information on the warehouse situation, with full control over traceability and a disruptive advantage in making the best decisions at all times.

The conference is aimed at executives, managers or heads of industry who operate facilities as well as for those in the world of finished product warehouse management in any economic sector.

Among the speakers who will participate in the conference, and who will share their experience and vision, are Alberto de la Calle, director of the department of mechanics, design and industrial organization of the engineering faculty of the University of Deusto; Javier Pérez, logistics consultant and managing partner of JP Isla Asesores y consultoría logística; and Felipe Rebollo, director of business development of InLOG Consultoría y soluciones.

Interesting content to be enjoyed at the event includes an overview of the challenges, risks and opportunities in logistics and the supply chain; points to consider before starting a logistics project; and how implementing a real-time WMS can maximize profit and create more value.

Finally, there will be a round table discussion on how logistics projects boost industrial environments. A space in which experiences will be shared and the doubts of the attendees will be solved.

The presentations will be followed by a space for networking.
