From June 25 to July 5, InLOG and Devol will celebrate Healthy Week, a catalog of activities aimed at improving the well-being of our team.

A long-standing commitment

InLOG’s commitment to its team has been developed since the beginning of the project, more than ten years ago. Measures such as the promotion of family reconciliation, teleworking or flexible working hours have helped to create a good working environment in which to develop our work of accompanying and improving the productivity of our clients.

With the celebration of this Healthy Week, our intention is to continue on the path of continuous improvement and offer content of value and interest to our employees.

Formations of interest

Among the activities that will be carried out during the fifteen days of Healthy Week, there will be training courses in different areas that will cover different aspects in the development of our activity.

In this way, all team members can learn how to improve their ergonomics in the workplace. They will also learn about the psychosocial risks they may face and how to deal with them. They will learn how to take active breaks, how to perform first aid or even how to deal with a fire.

In addition, we will focus on environmental aspects to contribute to the fight against climate change.

A commitment to health

In addition to the training sessions, Healthy Week will also have a space for healthy eating. Every morning, throughout the week, we will be able to enjoy a healthy breakfast in the office with juices and fruits, as well as tastings of healthy products that will help us to have a better quality of life.

The commitment to daily hydration, often forgotten, will also be emphasized, along with advice on healthy living.

Commitments beyond words

In addition to all of the above, Devol will publicly commit to signing two documents: the first is an environmental responsibility policy that certifies our commitment to developing our activity as neutrally as possible. The second is a document on equality policies that will endorse the fair treatment among all the people who are part of Devol that we have always defended.
