      • The entire product evolution of MD 365 functionality is available to all customers.
      • In Microsoft AppSource there is already a huge multitude of IP solutions developed by ISVs.

• • • MANAGED SERVICES. With Continuous Update, managed services are critical in the MD 365 F&SCM environment.

• • . Costs due to RISKS inherent to the on premise version:
    • High availability not available or poorly planned
    • Disaster Recovery not available or poorly planned
    • Virus-affected backups
